We're looking for HR Manager to help build and scale our people operations as we grow. This is a unique opportunity to shape the employee experience at a fast-moving robotics company - hands-on and strategic, with real ownership across the HR function. What You'll Do Employee Lifecycle & Operations - Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every new hire has a smooth, welcoming experience and a fast ramp-up, including leading New Hire Orientation - Help coordinate offer letters and employment agreements - Maintain HRIS data integrity, manage employee data changes, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and build scalable people processes Benefits, Rewards & Wellbeing - Administer and continuously improve our employee benefits programs - Serve as the go-to resource for benefits questions and lead open enrollment - Partner with leadership to develop competitive compensation and rewards frameworks that attract and retain top talent - Champion employee wellbeing initiatives and help
