Responsibilities Your Role: The Operations Team Lead is responsible for directing and coordinating employees during assigned shifts, including packers and relief team members. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations by performing safety audits, quality checks, standard work audits, and production support. The Operations Team Lead plays a critical role in workforce coordination, process execution, and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Team Leadership Direct and coordinate packers and line technicians during assigned shifts. Coach, mentor, train, and motivate team members. Assist in training all new packers. Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment. Complete weekly time and attendance for hourly employees. Ensure labor is scheduled in accordance with financial standards.
