Responsibilities Your Role: The Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the industrial engineering operations of the facility, utilities, grounds, and plant property. The role will provide leadership and direction to Engineers, Maintenance and Contractor Personnel responsible for the repair, maintenance, modification and installation of machines, tooling, and equipment in the facility. They will review company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the appropriate measures/systems are in place to maintain the safety of personnel and security company assets; ensure capabilities, consistency and compliance in application and use of engineering methods, production systems/procedures, standards, and plant wide continuous improvement activities.
