Responsibilities Your Role: We're looking for a detail oriented and forward thinking Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated systems that enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance across our production and operational processes. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in controls engineering, robotics, or process automation, and a passion for optimizing systems through innovative technology. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Design, develop, and program control systems including PLC logic, HMI interfaces, control schemes, and sequence of operations using industry-standard programming methods (ladder logic, function block, structured text). Design control systems that utilize good engineering practices and follow all applicable regulatory and safety requirements. Determine layouts of control cabinets for PLCs and touchscreen interfaces and generate electrical wiring schematics.
