Site Operations Manager East Boldon, United Kingdom Hebron, Kentucky Summary: The Site Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the manufacturing site to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations. The role oversees manufacturing support activities, facilities, site services, health & safety, and operational processes to ensure the site meets quality, regulatory, financial and operational performance targets. Working closely with manufacturing, supply chain and functional leaders, the Site Operations Manager ensures operational readiness of the site environment while promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement and employee engagement. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Site Operations & Performance Lead daily operational management of the site to ensure manufacturing and support activities run safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and report site operational performance, including KPIs, productivity, quality and cost performance. Support the development and execution of site operational plans and improvement initiatives. Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reliability and site performance Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure full compliance with EHS, regulatory and quality standards across the site. Lead site safety initiatives, risk assessments and incident management to maintain a strong safety culture. Maintain oversight of emergency preparedness, fire safety systems, first aid response teams and security procedures. Ensure all site safety procedures, audits and compliance activities are maintained and updated Facilities & Infrastructure Management Oversee facilities management including buildings, utilities, site infrastructure and maintenance activities. Ensure all equipment, plant and site infrastructure are maintained in safe and operational
