This role is based in Los Angeles, CA with up to 25% travel supporting the Western United States. , to ensure optimal instrument performance, meet maintenance schedules, and drive high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Revvity instruments, aiming for zero service recalls. Provide preventive maintenance and warranty services to contract and non-contract customers. Business Development: Drive sales of value-added services such as service contracts, upgrades, and laboratory products. Support local sales teams to secure new instrument orders and contribute to company profitability. Information/Asset Management: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure proper handling of company assets like tools and vehicles. Continuous Skill Development: Participate in ongoing technical and professional development to enhance customer service and maintain certifications. Physical Requirements: Regular walking, standing, and use of hands for handling tools and equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely for travel within the assigned territory. Basic Qualifications: Associate's degree or 2 years Military Eperience. Valid driver's license and knowledge of laboratory safety practices. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Electronics, Mechanics, Mass Spectrometry knowledge.
