About this role
Director Commercial Finance Milan, Italy | Thāne, India San Diego, California • Lead and orchestrate the annual operating plan (AOP) process for the regions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and growth priorities. • Act as a strategic finance partner to the senior leadership team by providing forward-looking financial insights, scenario planning, and data-driven recommendations for monthly leadership meetings, strategic goal setting, annual operating plans, and monthly/quarterly operational reviews. • Evaluate and optimize revenue channels, commercial investments, and go-to-market strategies to maximize profitable growth. • Drive product profitability and margin expansion initiatives, partnering with commercial and operational leaders to improve pricing strategies, product mix, and cost structures. • Collaborate with Credit & Collections and Commercial leadership to enhance working capital management and accelerate cash generation. • Oversee and strengthen quarterly forecasting, performance reporting, and financial visibility across Orders, Price, Backlog, Revenue, Margins, and Cash, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. • Lead key finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing financial processes, tools, and analytics capabilities to support scalable growth. • Build and develop a high-performing Commercial Finance team by hiring, coaching, and mentoring Finance Business Partners, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development while embedding Revvity's core values. • Experience partnering with Senior leadership in a global organization. • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations • Strong systems and tools expertise, including SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated
