In addition to standardizing AMRs, OHT, and MES, we aim to reduce manual, labor-dependent processes through the introduction of humanoid robots. This hiring is to strengthen our team and accelerate the transition from PoC to mass‑production deployment. This role offers deep involvement in on-site implementation, with broad ownership from PoC through full production rollout. You will work closely with global teams in Japan, China, and Malaysia while building comprehensive expertise across robotics domains. 【Responsibilities】 Design use cases (process analysis, risk assessment, ROI modeling) Develop algorithms (stability & whole‑body control, force control, motion & grasp planning, multimodal perception/SLAM) Middleware & I/O (ROS 2, RT extensions, EtherCAT/CAN, equipment interfaces, AMR/AMHS/MES integration) Safety & quality: Ensure compliance (e.g., ISO 10218/TS 15066), FMEA, test plans, and factory sign‑off On‑site ramp: PoC → implementation → mass production, line tuning, operator training, SOP creation KPI ops: Visualize and improve CT/OEE/MTBF/quality metrics *The full details regarding your position scope as well as any future potential changes in work location and job scope will be provided during the interview process Qualifications: 【MUST】 AMR, Robot arm knowledge, teaching, and program creation experience Robotics with C++/Python Conversational proficiency in English 【WANT】 Experience implementing systems based on ROS/ROS 2, including message/interface design and the use of frameworks such as Navigation and MoveIt.
