Mechanical Engineering Staff Engineer (Process Improvement) Japan The Production Engineering Section is responsible for the following main tasks: Planning, preparing, and implementing the necessary equipment, tools, and jigs in accordance with quality requirements and drawing specifications for new and existing products. Designing production processes, creating work instructions, and planning and executing layouts that align with those standards. Planning and executing productivity improvements in line with company objectives. Establishing on-site processes that ensure safety, health, and a proper working environment, including equipment installation and necessary improvements. Planning and executing capital investment projects required to implement the above activities. Defining in-house versus outsourced plating processes and promoting internalization.
