Senior Tool admin (Polarion/Jama) Ho Chi Minh, , Vietnam Company Description: Job Description: Job Purpose & Dimensions Given the organic growth of our enterprise, we do have the need to establish a central pool of tools, with a standardized way of using them in development, in order to assure development excellence, a high standard of quality and reuse across our SW assets, and investment efficiency in SW Tools, particularly in the area of open-source code security vulnerabilities, and code-quality risks derived from it. Work closely with SW development teams who are using Polarion, 3DS, R4J and Jama tools, and manage the tool to be used in a managed fashion in order to provide business added value. Principal Accountabilities Maintain the requirements management tools in use (Polarion, 3DS, Jama, R4J) or other requirements management system on the existing infrastructure. Understand business requirements for the usage of the requirements management tools in use, and be the referee regarding which tool fits better each use-case. Design and develop custom-made solutions for traceability, implementation & test status reports in the requirements management tools in use, with respect to the business requirements from this category of tools. Proactively advice & support the Renesas Engineers with usage of the requirements management tools and provide coaching regarding the best practices for requirements management. Coach the reports creation and usage of the tools according best practices, tool performance and aSPICE compliance.
