Senior Staff Financial Analyst (f/m/d) Duesseldorf, , Germany Company Description: Job Description: The Senior Staff Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial accounting and reporting for Renesas Electronics Europe. The role covers statutory accounting, period-end closing activities, and finance process coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The position plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement in accounting processes across Europe. Key Responsibilities Manage and perform month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements Ensure accurate statutory accounting and support preparation of statutory financial statements Coordinate external audits, respond to audit requests, and ensure timely closure of audit findings Act as key finance contact for banking, tax authorities, and external advisors Monitor balance sheet accounts and perform regular reconciliations Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and harmonization of accounting processes across European entities Support finance transformation initiatives, systems improvements, and SAP‑related enhancements Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX controls (where applicable), and audit requirements Serve as a trusted finance partner to management and other finance teams in Europe Key Interfaces Director Finance Europe European Accounting & Controlling teams Global Finance / HQ teams External auditors and tax advisors Banks and financial institutions Cross‑functional stakeholders (Operations, Tax, Treasury, Legal) Qualifications: Required Qualifications & Experience University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Professional qualification (Bilanzbuchhalter IHK, ACCA, CPA) preferred Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, controlling, or audit Strong knowledge of
