Manufacturing Engineer Kulim, , Malaysia Company Description: Job Description: The AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Engineer is responsible for optimizing, and maintaining AOI inspection processes in manufacturing environments. This role ensures product quality by improving inspection accuracy, reducing false calls, analyzing defects, and supporting continuous process improvement. The AOI Engineer works closely with Production, Quality, and Process Engineering teams to achieve high yield, reliability, and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. Monitor production performance and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process setup, validation, and documentation. Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues. failures, and implement corrective actions. Execute, and improve Inspection procedures and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field) Knowledge of quality systems, process control, and manufacturing standards Candidates with relevant engineering experience working with VITROX or ICOS AOI systems are an added advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Eager to adapt well in dynamic working environment, eager to learn new knowledge and able to work independently.
