We are hiring a Senior Program Manager, Regulatory Operations & Readiness to be the operational engine behind our global regulatory compliance posture. This role consolidates and elevates responsibilities previously distributed across Consumer Trust program functions, bringing dedicated ownership to regulatory expansion, SOP governance, ERM/REAF issue management, and compliance monitoring infrastructure. About the Role As the Senior Program Manager, Regulatory Operations & Readiness, you will serve as the connective tissue between Compliance, Legal, Global Ops, and Customer Success - ensuring that regulatory changes are translated into operational reality on time and with documented controls. You will own the Compliance Readiness Framework for new launches and regulatory updates, manage ERM/REAF issue tracking, and ensure that every new country entry or product launch is supported by a complete Consumer Protection and Privacy playbook. This is a senior individual contributor role (L3) requiring the ability to work autonomously across complex, multi-stakeholder regulatory programs. You bring deep regulatory domain knowledge, operational rigor, and the credibility to represent Customer Success in formal compliance and audit settings.
