Founded in 2017, we're delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. Senior Manager, Facilities Redwood Materials is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Facilities to support the growth, reliability, and operational readiness of its facilities. This role will lead facilities operations while partnering closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Operations, and EHS to ensure new buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and systems are properly commissioned and successfully transitioned into ongoing operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on facilities leader with strong technical judgment, project execution experience, and a proven ability to guide systems from installation through startup, handover, and long-term operational support. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach to building and scaling world-class facilities.
