Founded in 2017, we're delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. Construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager Redwood Materials is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to join our internal Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC) team, which designs and builds battery recycling and battery materials manufacturing facilities. The QA/QC Manager will be embedded on the Engineering team and serve as the owner's quality representative, ensuring that all construction-whether self-performed or executed by subcontractors-meets the intent of design drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes. This role spans the full project lifecycle, from design through construction completion and turnover, and is expected to engage proactively during design to identify quality requirements, constructability concerns, and inspection hold points before construction begins. The QA/QC Manager will also contract and coordinate third-party special inspections where required by code or contract. This role works closely with project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, and procurement, and interfaces directly with construction managers, site superintendents, construction engineers, and subcontractors.
