The Opportunity As Technical Sourcer, you'll be on the front lines of building the engineering and ML teams that power Reducto's core product. You'll work closely with engineering leadership to find and engage exceptional technical talent. People who are hard to find and even harder to convince to make a move. This is a great role for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to develop deep sourcing craft, learn what great technical hiring looks like. What You'll Do: - Build high-quality pipelines of passive technical candidates across engineering, ML, and infrastructure roles through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing channels - Write compelling, personalized outreach that cuts through the noise and earns responses from candidates who get flooded with recruiter messages - Conduct initial outreach and introductory screens to assess interest, availability, and baseline fit before passing to the full-cycle recruiter - Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand
