The Opportunity As a Business Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building the teams that power Reducto's business operations. You'll collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to source, attract, and close the talent that will define our next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll develop your recruiting craft in a fast-paced startup environment, help build scalable hiring systems from the ground up, and work directly with leadership at one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in San Francisco. What You'll Do: - Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process for business roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and closing - Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, calibrate on talent profiles, and advise on competitive positioning in the market - Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, outbound outreach, and warm networks
