About the Role: The Senior Manager / Manager GTM Systems owns the strategy, architecture, and execution of the systems that power Redpanda's go-to-market engine. This leader ensures that Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Partnerships operate on a unified, scalable, and trusted revenue systems foundation. You will be responsible for designing and operating an integrated revenue tech stack that supports self-serve, sales-assisted, and enterprise motions, while enabling accurate forecasting, clean data, and efficient workflows. This role blends technical depth, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership.
