About the Role: Redpanda is looking for an AI Agent Engineer to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. Ideal candidates are engineers who take initiative, balance speed with quality and are comfortable working on open-ended problems. Redpanda is building the Agentic Data Plane, a platform designed to let enterprises safely deploy AI agents across their entire data infrastructure. We're deploying AI agents across our company to automate how we work and make our internal operations as cutting-edge as our external products. This position reports into Engineering. In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders in our G&A teams (HR, Finance, Legal) to identify opportunities to increase productivity and then build the AI agents to address these needs.
