You will lead and uphold software excellence and engineering best practices, applying your expertise to transform Redis' capabilities - focusing on memory and context capabilities for chatbots and agents, as part of our fast-growing AI Services portfolio. What You'll Do - Lead and Grow a High-Performing Engineering Team. Mentor and guide engineers to deliver high-quality software at speed, guided by strong engineering practices, pragmatic design, and adaptable testing. - Drive Agile Execution and Decision-Making. Instill a culture of rapid iteration and data-informed decision-making to balance short-term product delivery goals with the long-term roadmap. - Evolve the AI Services Platform.
