The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations within the assigned region. You'll manage the day-to-day execution of HR processes - from onboarding to offboarding - while partnering with global HR, payroll, finance, and business teams to provide a consistent and high-quality employee experience. This role bridges global HR strategy with regional execution, ensuring that local compliance, culture, and employee needs are reflected in our people operations. This is a temporary maternity replacement for approximately 2 years, starting mid to end of July 2026. The Role What type of work will you be doing: Regional HR Administration & Systems - Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS for Bulgaria and other assigned countries. - Process employee lifecycle transactions (hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, etc.) in compliance with Bulgarian labor regulations. - Generate and validate reports for compliance, headcount, and analytics. - Support HR system upgrades and integrations in partnership with global HR Tech Employee Lifecycle Support - Coordinate
