The EMEA Mid-Market international team is responsible for building the international ads engine outside of the US, onboarding & growing advertisers to achieve their marketing objectives with proven solutions and at pace globally. This is an opportunity for you to be part of the team that expands the Reddit footprint: design the strategy, develop a high performing sales team and bring the magic of Reddit into new markets! We're looking for sharp, positive and motivated self-starters to help us build this team from the ground up! In addition to laying the foundation of the team We're introducing a new role into our Mid market team that is end to end responsible to grow our Torso & Tail accounts, managing both the pre and post sales journey of our clients. You will be responsible for your own book of Business, taking full ownership of strategic conversations, implementation & optimisations to grow the accounts. You will build & maintain a relationship at both client direct & agencies to meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising
