What You'll Do: As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and build scalable, cloud-based systems that enable real-time voice interactions across our platform. You'll lead the development of core services that blend AI, telephony, and automation, helping shape how people communicate with our brands. You'll also: - Own the design and delivery of new features end-to-end - from architecture and implementation to deployment and observability. - Work with product managers, AI engineers, and data scientists to bring conversational intelligence into real-world voice experiences. - Integrate deeply with Twilio, AWS, Azure, and internal APIs to manage call routing, speech processing, and response flows. - Improve system performance, latency, and reliability across a distributed, event-driven stack.
