About this role

Senior Analyst, Paid Media | Growth and Transformation Charlotte, NC This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week. We are looking for world-class paid media talent to help us drive our Financial services' clients acquisition goals. In this role, you will oversee paid media strategy, execution, and investment decisions, driving performance outputs aligned with broader business objectives and unit economics. You'll dive deep into performance data, visitor behavior, attribution models, and advanced analytics to inform optimization, experimentation, and long-term growth opportunities. What You'll Do - Own end-to-end paid media strategy, including channel roadmap, testing frameworks, and measurement approach, with a primary focus on paid search and expansion into additional channels where impact is demonstrated. - Evaluate tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and user experience to inform investment decisions and prioritize initiatives with the highest long-term impact. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across paid platforms, internal reporting tools, and visualization dashboards. - Define success metrics, assess data quality and limitations, and guide stakeholders toward decisions using imperfect or evolving measurement systems. - Lead experimentation strategy, including A/B and multivariate testing, to drive incremental improvements across core KPIs. - Develop and deliver performance insights and recommendations, acting as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders. - Identify opportunities to improve paid media processes and
