Senior AI Product Manager | Digital New York, NY This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services ecosystem, ranging from telecom and security to energy and home automation. We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join our Energy marketplace team within Home Client Services. This team builds AI-driven products that improve customer acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency across our marketplace funnels. In this role, you will lead the development and scaling of digital customer journeys and agentic systems that materially improve marketplace economics. You'll connect partner objectives, business strategy, and experimentation insights to define product initiatives, set roadmaps, and guide your team in delivering impactful solutions. We expect the person in this role to be deeply analytical and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong intuition on how modern AI systems work in production, the analytical rigor to uncover signals in ambiguity, and the critical thinking to reason through where AI can truly create value - not just what to build, but why
