Director, Account Management | Allconnect Charlotte, NC This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. The Director of Account Management is a strategic and emerging senior leader responsible for advancing key utility accounts while supporting and elevating the broader account management function. This role blends visionary leadership with hands-on execution, driving account growth, retention, and innovation across a portfolio of utility clients. As both a people leader and business strategist, this individual will guide teams, shape account strategies, and build executive relationships while identifying trends and opportunities that unlock incremental value across accounts and the organization. What You'll Do: Strategic Leadership & Vision - Define and execute forward-looking account strategies aligned with utility industry trends and client objectives - Implement structured account planning frameworks to drive consistency and scalability - Identify cross-account trends and insights to unlock incremental revenue opportunities - Build strategic roadmaps that align with broader business objectives and drive measurable outcomes - Clearly communicate vision and direction to gain alignment, resources, and organizational buy-in People Leadership & Team Development - Lead, mentor, and manage a pod of account managers, ensuring strong performance and engagement - Actively develop talent by raising performance expectations and coaching for growth - Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning - Educate and support less-tenured
