An Engineering Manager is responsible for driving their team to deliver end user customer experiences, making sure they function as designed, and are delivered on time. - In addition, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of projects for the team. You will play a significant role in shaping our back office software that provides measurable user value. You understand both the technology and business to know the right tradeoffs to make. You will be the technical mentor for their team members, while working closely with peers, managers, product, design, and operations teams to create solutions that meet business requirements.
