When you join us as a Director of Digital Communications, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Digital Presence & Platform Ownership: Lead and optimize RadNet's digital footprint across assigned verticals, from enterprise platforms and interactive media (RadNet TV, web properties) to multi-location local directory listings and Google Business Profiles at scale. Creative & Operational Bridge: Serve as the primary strategic intake and coordination point between regional operations, field sales, and RadNet's centralized web, design, and video teams. Translate operational needs into clear project briefs to accelerate turnaround and drive better outcomes. Campaign Deployment & Management: Deploy and manage targeted digital communications and marketing campaigns, including service line promotions, new center launches, screening programs, and geo-targeted paid media, using centralized creative assets and brand templates. Reputation & Analytics Workflows: Operate daily reputation management platforms and review cadences. Use Google Analytics, call tracking systems, and internal dashboards to report measurable ROI and campaign performance to executive leadership and Joint Venture boards.
