When you join us as an Indiana Credentialing Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. We are seeking a candidate who is knowledgeable in credentialing requirements for the states of Indiana. You Will: Assist with the gathering of information required to complete credentialing and re-credentialing activities for our contracted/employed radiologist. Research and obtain verifications of radiologist credentials. Coordinate with hospital/internal medical centers and radiologists to complete credentialing process, including any additional documentation, verifications, references, and applications necessary. Manage radiologist credentialing according to department policy and procedures. Will complete and review all applications to ensure accuracy prior to submission. Proficient and efficient use of Microsoft Office Suite tools and credentialing software to accurately enter and maintain physician information and track incoming and outgoing requests. Monitor applications and credentialing files for completion; notifies appropriate department leads, management, and/or appropriate member of changes in a radiologist's status. File, maintain and update pertinent documents in credentialing files. Maintain and ensure that all files contain all up-to-date licenses for corresponding Radiologist. Follow-up and obtain updated
