About this role
Administrative Assistant Fort Myers, Florida Responsibilities Job Summary Under minimal supervision, performs complex secretarial and administrative support for executive team, VP, 2 AVPs, and 2 Directors for Radiology Regional, to include meeting and travel scheduling, reporting, administrative projects, meeting preparation and special assignments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Schedules meetings, appointments and other events; notifies attendees, coordinates travel accommodations and makes necessary arrangements. Drafts confidential correspondence, edits documents, takes and transcribes minutes of meetings, and performs other administrative duties. Promptly and courteously answers telephone calls. Provides effective and efficient assistance to callers and distributes messages as necessary. Organizes and maintains files of supervisor's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters. Performs independent research and prepares information for special reports, gathering and summarizing data. Serves as a liaison between ex ecutives, managers. Cooperates to help other personnel as needed in the spirit of teamwork. Copies and faxes documents while maintaining office files and other information tracking systems.
