We're inspired to work with healthcare leaders on our founding vision and unlock world-class medicine through world-class operations. #LI-JB1 As a Senior Surgical Growth Implementation Success Partner , you will lead the most complex perioperative deployments in our portfolio, multi-service-line, multi-site, and executive-facing engagements where the bar for delivery, influence, and autonomy is highest. You will own the full implementation lifecycle from pre-sale collaboration through hypercare, partnering with Sales early to shape scope and set delivery expectations, and serving as the strategic advisor to perioperative executives, surgeons, schedulers, and IT teams once delivery is underway. This role blends engagement leadership, executive stakeholder management, technical fluency, and analytics. You will operate with broad autonomy, escalating only the highest-risk or strategic matters, and you will be expected to anticipate risks before they materialize, design mitigation strategies proactively, and guide client decision-making at the executive
