In this role, you will leverage your expertise in preop medicine, perioperative leadership, and clinical workflow transformation to own the clinical voice of the project- shaping product direction, earning health-system trust, and turning frontline nursing skepticism into adoption with excellent change management, effective workflow design, and building appropriate AI/technology operationalizetion into clinical workflows. You'll work cross-functionally with our Enterprise Clinical Strategy team to influence our product, engineering, implementation, customer success, sales, while partnering with our surgeon and anesthesiologist medical directors to shape solutions that deliver measurable value to PAT teams, anesthesia departments, and the patients they serve.
