Trading Operations Analyst Paris Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager, operating in all liquid asset classes across the world. Your future role within QRT: You will join a cross-functional team that supports the business across a wide range of activities, including: - Providing trading support: analysing and reporting PnL and positions, managing corporate actions, resolving booking issues - Modelling and analysing performance drivers at the strategy level - Producing daily dashboards and reports for management - Performing NAV system gap analyses - Conducting ad-hoc investigations and deep-dives - Maintaining and enhancing internal reporting tools - Working closely with traders, quantitative researchers, operations, risk teams, and IT Your present skillset: - An advanced degree in business or engineering, ideally with a focus on finance - Relevant experience is appreciated but not mandatory - Strong programming skills in at least one language (VBA, Python, or SQL) - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office - Ability to adapt, prioritise, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment - Solid analytical and organisational skills - Clear written and verbal communication - A collaborative mindset Your enhanced experience and learning opportunities at QRT: - Mentorship from experienced industry professionals
