In this role, you will lead the operational infrastructure that enables these programmes and partnerships to scale effectively across teams and regions. Your future role at QRT: - Lead the design and execution of operational frameworks underpinning QRT's global academic partnerships and research initiatives - Build and scale operational infrastructure that enables high-quality intellectual collaboration - Ensure effective delivery of programmes across institutions, teams, and regions - Own and manage the operational systems supporting academic partnerships, research programmes, events, and global initiatives - Oversee and optimise the contractual and administrative frameworks underpinning university collaborations and visiting researcher programmes - Translate programme activity into clear reporting and insights to support senior leadership - Own programme budgets and drive operational efficiency across regions - Build strong, trusted relationships with academic partners and internal stakeholders -
