We are looking for a Business Analyst to support technology-led change initiatives across trading, operations, data, reporting, and control-related workstreams. This role requires strong business analysis skills, hands-on experience with financial markets data, and a solid understanding of US regulatory reporting obligations. You will work closely with Trading, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and external vendors to translate business and regulatory needs into clear, practical requirements for delivery teams. Your Future Role - Work at the intersection of business, technology, data, and regulatory change. - Analyse business processes, system flows, and order / trade lifecycle data. - Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear documentation, data mappings, workflows, and JIRA stories. - Support technology delivery from solution design through testing, implementation, validation, and post-release support. - Contribute to initiatives linked to US regulatory reporting requirements. - Identify data gaps, reporting issues, and process improvement opportunities. - Coordinate with Trading, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and external vendors. - Support UAT, validation, documentation, and business sign-off for technology changes Your present skillset: - 5+ years
