Our mission is to modernize an old industry by combining the reliability of traditional trading systems with the innovation of cutting-edge technology. What You Will Be Doing: - Lead Pure's go-to-market efforts as the first sales hire, responsible for acquiring new merchants (dealers, institutions, collectors) to join the marketplace. - Build and own the merchant acquisition strategy: prospecting, outreach, pipeline development, and deal closing. - Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the precious metals and rare coin ecosystem, understanding their business needs and positioning Pure as the trusted partner. - Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to refine merchant onboarding, feedback loops, and growth strategies. - Create repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and metrics that will form the foundation of Pure's future commercial team. - Represent Pure at industry events, trade shows, and in direct conversations with high-value merchants. - Report directly to the founders on sales performance, pipeline health, and strategic opportunities.
