About this role
Deployment Strategist Boston, DC, or New York, United States Position: Deployment Strategist Location: Boston, NYC, Washington DC (On-Site) About Pryzm Pryzm is transforming how organizations engage with the federal government. Today, federal procurement and business development is fragmented across disconnected workflows, siloed intelligence, and institutional knowledge locked in spreadsheets and inboxes. Pryzm's AI brings together market intelligence, budget data, program visibility, and human insights into a single platform that helps teams navigate and win in the federal ecosystem. Big data, meets CRM, meets AI. Our mission is simple: deliver the right capabilities to the missions that matter most. The Role Deployment Strategists are the tip of the spear at Pryzm: the people who sit at the intersection of software, strategy, and mission. This is not a traditional implementation role. You will embed directly with our customers in the national security and federal technology space, learn their hardest problems, and build the workflows, analyses, and operational capabilities that transform how they work. You will work alongside engineers and GTM teams to shape the roadmap, represent the customer's voice inside Pryzm, and ensure that our platform delivers measurable impact in the field. We are looking for people who thrive in ambiguity, build trust with operators and executives alike, and are driven by outcomes. What You'll Do - Embed with customers to understand their workflows, priorities, and decision-making processes from the inside out - Design and deploy tailored workflows and analytical tools using the Pryzm platform to solve real operational problems - Translate
