About this role

Clinical Registrar - Tumor Registry - Remote Portland, OR, United States Collects, compiles and maintains demographic, clinical and follow-up data on all cancer cases diagnosed and/or treated at Providence facilities in the Portland Service Area. Extracts data from all available sources including EPIC, Mosaic, and other department-specific databases. Prepares information state submission, NCDB submission and for local analysis and dissemination. Performs all cancer registry work in compliance with the standards set by the American College of Surgeons.
