The Role: We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel growth across healthcare providers, medical billing companies, and pharmacy hubs. You'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion-identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, and setting up high-quality opportunities for the sales team. You're proactive, curious about product and AI, and energized by building pipeline in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. This role is in person in New York City. What You'll Do - Prospect and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) - Partner closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy pipeline - Run targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing - Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and assess fit - Clearly articulate Prosper's value proposition and secure next-step meetings - Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
