About this role
Senior Product Designer Remote, UK Senior Product Designer Team: Product, Research & Design Prolific Prolific is not just another player in the AI space - we are the architects of the human data infrastructure that's reshaping the landscape of AI development. In a world where foundational AI technologies are increasingly commoditized, it's the quality and diversity of human-generated data that truly differentiates products and models. The Role At Prolific, our marketplace is rooted in higher learning, and that commitment runs deep. Alongside our work to accelerate the future of AI, we're continuing to redefine how the world conducts frontier human-centred research in industry and academic contexts. Responsibilities: You will be embedded in a team alongside engineers, product managers, and data scientists as well as very close operational and customer-facing colleagues. You'll build and advocate for functional, delightful, and disruptive customer journeys that pack a lot of value. You'll work experimentally and iteratively. You'll conduct user research independently with the help of our consulting user researchers. You'll be the person accountable for the product's customer experience and satisfaction in your domain. Our Culture: Building on our Prolific Principles, we expect colleagues in the Product, Research, and Design Group to demonstrate commercial acumen, reliability, grit, and diplomacy, and to always operate based on trust and empathy - you'll be a champion of these behaviours yourself, and in the culture of your team. Accountability and autonomy are two sides of the same coin, and we expect you to demonstrate both. We care deeply
