The role Our Growth Data Science & Analytics function sits at the heart of Prolific and owns Prolific's growth framework - answering questions like: where are our biggest opportunities, what's constraining our growth, and where should we invest next? We're looking for an experienced data leader to cover maternity leave for our Growth Data Science & Analytics Lead. This is an ex-co facing leadership role: you'll manage a team of three embedded data scientists & analysts, own the analytics roadmap across our business verticals, and be the senior data voice in cross-functional and ExCo-level conversations. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact interim leadership role in a fast-growing, data-rich marketplace business. What you'll be doing in the role Team leadership & project oversight Lead and manage a team of three embedded data scientists & analysts Own weekly planning, prioritisation, and delivery oversight across the team's workstreams Act as line manager and primary point of escalation, supporting individual contributor development and day-to-day work Manage intake processes and stakeholder expectations across business verticals Stakeholder & ExCo
