As the Director of CRM Marketing at PrizePicks, you will own and lead the end-to-end CRM function, responsible for driving activation, engagement, and retention through targeted, data-driven messaging. This role will define the strategy, execution, and evolution of CRM across key owned channels, ensuring every player interaction is timely, relevant, and impactful. You will lead a high-performing CRM team and partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, Social, and Revenue Operations to deliver personalized experiences that influence player behavior and maximize lifetime value. This role is less about traditional lifecycle stage management and more focused on real-time, moment-based marketing, segmentation, and behavioral impact. What you'll do: Segmentation, Personalization & Targeting - Lead the development of advanced segmentation frameworks and targeting logic to deliver highly relevant messaging. - Own personalization strategy across channels, leveraging behavioral, transactional, and predictive data. - Continuously refine audience strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and retention outcomes. - Drive forward real-time messaging capabilities and effectiveness Campaign Strategy & Channel Optimization - Oversee planning and execution
