What You'll Do Supporting the team in coordinating conferences and client engagements by conducting company background research. Assisting in managing broker and vendor communications by handling inquiries, following up on outstanding items, and facilitating smooth coordination with internal collaborators. Providing support in preparing and updating client presentation materials, including research, data gathering, and information consolidation. Helping with scheduling team meetings, arranging travel, and taking on ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
