In the position of Associate Legal Counsel, you will offer strategic legal guidance spanning the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. Your work will support the efficient operation of our asset management business while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Provide legal services to the asset management business across APAC and the Middle East. Tasks include drafting and reviewing agreements, preparing legal memoranda, supporting fund initiatives, and managing disputes such as basic litigation, employment challenges, investor complaints, and other legal assignments. Support legal and regulatory work relating to SFC-authorised funds and MPF schemes, including fund establishment, product improvements (e.g., updates to investment objectives
