The Role You'll be Postman's first IT team member in EMEA, providing hands-on support to the region, maintaining local office infrastructure, and bridging the gap between US and India-based teams. This is a foundational hire: you'll establish follow-the-sun coverage for the growing EMEA workforce and shape how IT operates in the region from day one. What You'll Do - Provide direct IT support to Postman employees across EMEA time zones, including troubleshooting, account management, hardware support, and onboarding/offboarding. - Serve as the regional IT point of contact for the UK office and remote EMEA employees. - Manage local hardware inventory, including provisioning, shipping, and refresh for EMEA-based team members. - Maintain and support
