Trading is important to a wide variety of the firm's stakeholders including but not limited to investment professional teams, external investors, investment services teams, Risk, and Compliance. If you are interested in pursuing a career in trading at a premier asset management firm, this role will provide you with unparalleled training and experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage intra & end-of-day trade recaps and trade bookings, ensuring data integrity across systems - Support industry and company-specific research - Monitor markets and synthesize relevant news, flows, and headlines into concise updates for portfolio managers, traders, and analysts - Consolidate and distribute broker flows, and market intelligence to the investment team - Partner closely with the trading desk to provide day-to-day operational and analytical support, enabling efficient desk operations WHAT'S REQUIRED - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline - Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in equities trading, execution support, or trade operations on an equities desk - Practical knowledge of equity markets, the order lifecycle, execution venues, and basic equity derivatives - Proven experience entering and monitoring orders and managing post-trade processes including trade affirmation, allocation, and settlement reconciliation - Proficiency with spreadsheet analysis including advanced formulas and pivot tables, and experience using market data terminals - Experience using
