What you'll do - Lead employee relations cases involving workplace conduct, workplace policy and compliance interpretation, and labor relations - Schedule interviews, gather information, and maintain case documentation - Draft investigation notes, case summaries, and employee correspondence in accordance with firm policies and legal requirements - Identify potential systemic issues, compliance risks, or trends and recommend proactive solutions to strengthen workplace culture and mitigate risk - Respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR policies and workplace issues, escalating matters as appropriate - Co‑lead logistics and communications for employee relations and workplace conduct training initiatives - Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential employee relations records - Prepare employee relations reporting, tracking, and basic trend analysis for HR and Legal leadership - Coordinate closely with Legal, Compliance, and HR colleagues to support effective case resolution What's required - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, or a related HR
