What You Will Do - Own and manage affiliate marketing programs across a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless execution, strong partner relationships, and measurable business impact. - Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of affiliate programs across verticals and platforms, ensuring initiatives align with broader marketing goals and deliver against client KPIs. - Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns end-to-end, including account setup, partner recruitment, offer strategy, performance tracking, and ongoing program management. - Analyze campaign performance using platform reporting and partner insights; identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable optimizations that improve efficiency and scale. - Build and grow high-impact partner ecosystems by vetting new publishers, negotiating placements, and strengthening relationships with top-performing partners and platforms. - Serve as the primary point of contact for
