Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam. The Partner Development Manager is responsible for driving deal execution and cross-functional orchestration of strategic opportunities in the Banking, Wealth and Insurance segments. The Partnerships Development Manager will source opportunities and manage long, complex cycles with multiple stakeholders, navigating competitive dynamics and articulating Plaid's differentiated value proposition. Responsibilities - Strategy. Develop and maintain a strategic prospecting plan to identify new partners critical to Plaid's penetration of banking, wealth, and insurance verticals - Business Development. Establish and grow relationships with high-potential partners, identify partnership opportunities, secure buy-in, and represent Plaid as a thought leader at industry events - New Partner Signing.
