We're looking for an Employee Experience & Enablement Manager who will own, animate, and continuously design the end-to-end onboarding experience at Pigment as well as our internal learning programs. This role sits at the intersection of program management, learning design, and employee experience. You'll maintain a structured, welcoming, and high-impact onboarding journey that helps new hires ramp quickly while feeling genuinely excited to be here. This role will also expand into broader employee enablement and learning programs, supporting the People Experience Lead, and shaping how Pigment develops
